Oven Baked Katsu Curry
Price £30 • Duration 1.5 hours • Location Online via Zoom
About this Class
Japanese Katsu Curry is a well known dish that is wonderfully filling and is as satisfying, as it is easy to make at home.
There’ll be no need to buy in the curry sauce, as we’ll make this from scratch, in simple steps, during this 90 minute Japanese cooking class. The sauce will generously accompany the katsu, which we’ll oven bake, as a lighter version that can be eaten often, without too much mess at home.
There'll be time for Q&A's along the way and plenty of tips. Upon booking, you'll receive a link to the Zoom meeting and a Class Guide (PDF) that will contain your shopping list, tips and the recipes for you to refer to ....and scribble notes on during the class.
