In this 90 minute online class, together we’ll make gyoza fresh from scratch.
Yuki will lead you through the process, starting with making the gyoza skins themselves. Then the fillings will be prepared, making the all important gyoza shapes, before cooking them together.
There'll be time for Q&A's along the way and plenty of tips. Upon booking, you'll receive a link to the Zoom meeting and a Class Guide (PDF) that will contain your shopping list, tips and the recipes for you to refer to ....and scribble notes on during the class.
